Metz National Rodeo Challenge
Jump into the Mosselle River for the National Kayak Rodeo challenge - of course! These guys where all battling for a spot in their own national teams so you can imagine it was a great spectacle. I had no idea that you could throw a kayak around like they do, forward rolls etc.The music was pumping, beers where cold and cheap, it was a great afternoon watching these guys battle it out for braggin rights and a spot in their national teams.

White water, Whiter Knuckles
Mention the White Nile to a kayaker, and visions of epic big-water play waves cause uncontrollable salivation in many of our brethren. However, there is another stretch further downstream, flowing through Murchison Falls National Park that deserves equal recognition for its ability to induce anxiety and provoke perspiration among those familiar with its challenges. It is often spoken of in hushed whispers around campfires.

Kayaking in Luxembourg
The weather in Luxembourg had been spectacular all week, I cant recall a single cloud for almost 5 days, The sky was that radiant blue that you dream of and the temperature was over 30 degrees every day (who says that summer in Northern Europe is s*% » ?) and I had been at work the entire time.
